If you just started your Bikram yoga practice and you are wondering if it will ever get easier, this workshop is for you. It will give you the tools and information you need to continue this practice and prevent you from running into the same wall each practice, over and over again.

What we will cover during this workshop:
- Breathing in a way that helps keep your body calm throughout the practice and allows you to gradually move into your postures without force;
- Basic techniques used throughout the Bikram yoga sequence;
- Your questions about breathing techniques, any of the postures, how you feel in or after class, etc.
